Warranty Period

The warranty begins on the vehicle's retail purchase date.

For commercial and rental fleets, battery warranty coverage is reduced by 50%.

Warranty Coverage

Transportation & Off-Site Repairs

Warranty transportation or off-site repair service is included within a 25-mile radius of the selling dealer.

For service locations more than 25 miles from the selling dealer, the customer will be charged $2.00 per mile for the additional distance.

What Is Not Covered

• Routine maintenance or normal wear and tear
• Tires and normal tire wear
• Brake pads
• Brushes and bushings
• Fuses and light bulbs
• Lubricants
• Trim pieces, paint, or seating
• Cosmetic deterioration
• Damage caused by environmental exposure
• Paint fading caused by prolonged sun exposure or improper storage
• Damage caused by neglect, abuse, accidents, vandalism, or acts of nature
• Damage caused by unauthorized parts, accessories, modifications, or alterations
• Repairs not performed by Coyne Carts & Powersports
• Transportation or service costs beyond the 25-mile service area

When the Warranty May Be Voided

• Neglected or improper maintenance
• Been used outside its intended purpose
• Non-OEM or unapproved parts or accessories
• Unauthorized modifications or alterations
• Non-approved electrical installations
• Non-factory additions made directly to the battery

Warranty Service

If a covered defect occurs, Coyne Carts & Powersports will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective component using original OEM or approved reconditioned parts.

Any part replaced under this warranty becomes the property of Coyne Carts & Powersports and must be returned upon request.

Battery Warranty

• Battery warranty claims require testing by Coyne Carts & Powersports and/or the battery manufacturer.
• Battery amp-hour warranty records are maintained by Coyne Carts & Powersports and/or the battery manufacturer.
• Non-factory additions or modifications made directly to the battery may void the battery warranty.
• The 8-year full-replacement battery warranty applies to personal-use vehicles only.
• Commercial and rental vehicles receive 50% reduced battery coverage.

Manufacturer Rights

Coyne Carts & Powersports and its manufacturers reserve the right to:

• Inspect vehicles and components before approving warranty claims
• Modify vehicle designs
• Change suppliers
• Update warranty policies

No changes, exceptions, or modifications to this warranty are valid unless approved in writing by Coyne Carts & Powersports or the applicable manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Coyne Carts & Powersports is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including claims involving personal injury, death, or property damage arising from an alleged product defect.

Disclaimer

This Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Coyne Carts & Powersports.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, Coyne Carts & Powersports disclaims all other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

Repair or replacement of a defective vehicle or component is the purchaser's sole remedy under this warranty, subject to applicable law.

No representative or employee of Coyne Carts & Powersports is authorized to make any promise, representation, or agreement that changes the terms of this warranty unless approved in writing by Coyne Carts & Powersports.
